We do not accept returns, all sales are final once items ships.

Damaged Items
If your item has been damaged in shipment, please email us a photo to as soon as possible. Contact about a damaged item must be done within 14 days of item receipt.


We ship orders within 3 business days. Orders ship Monday thru Friday USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once order has been shipped. Orders under 2oz will shipping First Class and will not have a tracking number. We are not responsible for addresses incorrectly entered. We are also not responsible for carrier delays due to COVID-19, inclement weather, busy seasons, or routing errors.

Do you offer local pickup?
We currently do not accommodate local pickups.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, we do! Please fill out our Retail Application form letting us know you'd like to carry our products.
