Returns
We accept returns on retail merchandise within 7 days of item receipt. Items must be shipped back to us in unused/unopened condition. Your original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged Items
If your item has been damaged in shipment, please email us a photo to hello@wildchildbrand.com as soon as possible. Contact about a damaged item must be done within 14 days of item receipt.

Shipping

We ship orders within 3 business days from Eugene, Oregon. Please be aware of this when placing your order and our shipping options. Orders ship Monday thru Friday USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once order has been shipped. Orders under 2oz and shipping First Class will not have a tracking number. We are not responsible for addresses incorrectly entered. Please double check your address before submitting an order, this includes apartment numbers. We are also not responsible for carrier delays due to COVID-19, inclement weather, busy seasons, or routing errors.

Do you offer local pickup?
We currently do not accommodate local pickups.


Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, we do! Please fill out our contact form letting us know you'd like to carry our products.
